Ying has over 10 years of working experience in rural, regional and metropolitan areas, across a variety of clinical settings. These include community, in-patient critical and acute care, in-patient rehabilitation and out-patient clinics. This unique experience has given Ying a very well understanding of a person’s needs in different stages of their health journey.

Ying has developed a very broad clinical knowledge and skills throughout her career, particularly in aged care, neurology, patient education, equipment prescription, home modifications, pressure care, and post-stroke recovery. In addition, she is also qualified in lymphoedema management and LSVT BIG program for Parkinson’s disease.

Ying is exceptionally well in building rapport and excellent work relationship with clients and people from various cultural background. This has allowed her to work collaboratively with clients and other health professionals in providing a holistic and professional service to clients.
