Service Development Manager
Sharryn is clinician and manager with more than 30 years’ experience across a diverse range of roles and healthcare environments. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy and clinical knowledge across a variety of clinical settings, patient/client age ranges within the NSW Health system.
She has demonstrated significant achievements relating to the management of professional and administrative staff from a variety of clinical disciplines to achieve quality patient outcomes across the continuum of care. Sharryn describes her career objective as being to work with other clinicians, managers, and service providers to ensure care, is person centered, safe, effective, efficient and based on best practice principles. Sharryn stresses that the focus for all interventions and clinical input must be based on the rights and clinical needs of patients, clients, and their carers.
Sharryn’s role as Business Development Manager is to identify, develop, and maintain opportunities and build productive strategic relationships with stakeholders, and relevant health agencies, which will ensure growth in service development and assist with the achievement of GRS’ organisational goals and objectives.
