Senior Speech Pathologist
Michael graduated from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology. He is a certified practicing speech pathologist (CPSP) and member of Speech Pathology Australia. Throughout his career, Michael has worked in a wide variety of settings. These include acute and rehabilitation wards in multiple hospitals, community health, aged care, and the NDIS sector. As a result, Michael is very experienced with providing speech pathology services for people with a wide range of conditions including stroke, acquired brain injury, progressive neurological conditions (e.g. Parkinson’s Disease, dementia, Motor Neuron Disease etc.), mental health conditions, autism spectrum disorder and intellectual impairment. Michael has a particular interest in the assessment and intervention of adults with communication and/or swallowing difficulties following stroke or brain injury. Michael is passionate about providing evidence-based services whilst respecting and considering the individual goals or circumstances of each client.
