Howard

Howard has over 13 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist in both rural and metropolitan settings, and is confident in developing optimum care plans that promote client self-care and overall wellbeing.

He has experience implementing individualised interventions for patients and families based on their needs and priorities, and works within a collaborative, consultative framework to set functional, realistic goals — providing assessment and intervention for clients across orthopaedic, vascular, rehabilitation, neurological, geriatric and other physical disability conditions.

Howard has extensive clinical experience in complex equipment prescription and home modification. With his special interest and knowledge in pressure care, he is one of the Allied Health representatives on the Statewide Pressure Care Steering Committee, Clinical Excellence Commission, Health NSW.

Howard is currently Chair of the GRS Clinical Excellence Committee, which is designed to ensure GRS's clinical service is governed by the best evidence and practice in the industry.
