Ryan

Ryan completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the University of Sydney. He worked with children from remote communities during his studies, helping them develop skills essential for school-based learning, and following graduation, supported older adults in aged care settings to maintain independence and participate in activities they enjoy.

Through evidence-based interventions and a person-centred approach, Ryan is passionate about promoting health and quality of life for his clients and their families, collaborating with clients to achieve their goals and become more independent in daily life. He has a strong interest in equipment prescription and is motivated to advance his skills across practice areas.

Ryan also believes a strong therapeutic relationship is key to effective therapy. His multilingual abilities — English, Cantonese and Mandarin — enable him to work with diverse populations using culturally sensitive approaches.
