

Clinical Educators
GRS clinical educators are the power centre for our standards of excellence and clinical support though evidenced-based practice
Our clinical educator team are formed by experienced clinicians across the multi-disciplinary team and clinical streams. They have a common goal and mission to assist our clinicians in reaching their full potential by accessing clinical support and resources to improve their clinical competency with the latest best evidence.

GRS clinical educators will generally be involved with the following areas and tasks:

Clinical Excellence

Clinical resource development​​, including the development of internal practice guideline, templates and physical resources;

Mapping current clinical needs and organising internal/external in-services

Providing direct clinical supervision to a junior clinician and/or facilitating supervision relationship formed by other clinicians​
​
Group Clinical Policy Development and Consultation​​

Reviewing and identifying clinical workflow improvement strategies
-
Leading of update of group policy related to clinical practice
-
Providing regular internal audits to clinical practice and consultation to team leaders to support for ongoing development of clinical teams
