Ryan completed his Bachelor’s degree of Occupational Therapy at the University of Sydney. As a part of his studies, Ryan worked with children from remote communities and equipped them with skills essential for school-based learning. After graduation, Ryan also gained experience supporting older adults in aged care facilities to maintain independence and participate in activities they enjoy.

Through the use of current evidence-based interventions and a person-centred approach, Ryan is passionate in promoting health and quality of life for his clients and their families. Ryan enjoys working collaboratively with them to achieve their goals and become more independent within their daily lives. Ryan is passionate about equipment prescription and is highly motivated to further develop his knowledge and skills in all aspects of practice.

Ryan also believes a strong therapeutic relationship is key to effective therapy. His ability to speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin allows him to communicate with clients from various cultural backgrounds and implement culturally sensitive practice.
