Joy completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the University of Sydney. She is passionate about working with people from every walk of life, and strives to support people in pursuing their goals and achieving independence in their lives.

Since graduating, Joy has gained extensive experience working with children of all ages both in clinic and community settings. She has supported clients with a range of conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy and Achondroplasia. Joy has had the opportunity to assist her clients through a variety of areas, such as self-care and school readiness skills, assistive technology and complex positioning, sensory processing and integration, emotional regulation, and social skills, among others.

Joy believes strongly in supporting children and their families, prioritising their goals and values, and empowering children to participate in roles and activities that are meaningful to them.
