Senior Speech Pathologist
Lucy graduated from the University of Sydney in 2007 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology). Lucy has worked in a variety of settings, across the continuum of care with adults including acute hospital settings, rehabilitation, outpatients, day hospitals and community settings. Lucy is a Certified Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia.
Lucy has worked clinically in Sydney and on the Gold Coast for 16 years. Lucy has a passion for providing evidence based practice to support people with progressive neurological conditions (e.g. motor neurone disease) as well as progressive neurocognitive disorders (dementia) to achieve quality of life outcomes and support them to remain as independent as possible in the community.
Lucy enjoys specializing in adult clients in the community. Lucy has a strong passion for education and supporting speech pathologists new to the profession.
Outside of the workplace Lucy enjoys coffee, spending time with her family and beach walking with her 2 dachshund dogs.
